All products are digitally watermarked with your user id. This can be traced back to the purchaser, and you will be held responsible for illegal distribution. You are free to copy your downloaded items for personal use on your own playback devices such as pc, mobile phone, mp3 player etc. Violation of our and your countries copyrights, illegal distribution and piracy, will without notice be reported to the police in your country, copynot and IFPI.

Current prices will be those listed in the online store at the time of order and also indicated on the order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Produced in paper booklet format with color front cover.
Digital formats
It is your responsibility to make sure that the products and formats you download is supported by your playback or reading device, and that you have sufficient storage capacity. You can either download our digital products into your PC or later transfer them to your playback device . Or you can download them directly on your mobile or playback device. (App Store, Kindle, Google Play etc.)
Audio file ( MP3)
Can be used on MP3 players , PC, MAC and most mobile phones.
eBook ( PDF)
Can be used on most PC, MAC. Most new mobile phones also support PDF. Compatible software: Adobe Reader
eBook ( ePub )
Can be used on most PC , MAC . Most new mobile phones can also read ePub . Compatible software: ePub reader

All of our titles can also be found in Apples App Store and Googles Play.

DOWNLOAD AND BACKUP
29 Minute Books is not responsible for keeping backup of your files after you have downloaded them. However your files will be available for some time in "My account" on the website. This require that you are a registrated user.
Use of Card and Security
When you make a payment, the amount initially is only reserved on the card. The reserved amount will not be charged your card before the goods are ready for shipment or downloaded. If the item is not in stock or the order is canceled, the reservation will be deleted and returned to your account within a few days. We have at no time access to your card information. The entire transaction goes through our external payment partner, guaranteeing your security through encryption of information sent between you and the card company.
Privacy and Security
Your personal information regarding payment and card are not stored by us at any time. This is handled by our payment partner and is encrypted by applicable legal requirements. When you shop from us you leave your personal information. You can safely do so. We pledge never to disclose this information. By accepting our terms and conditions, you also agree to receive communications from us regarding offers, new products etc. This takes place mainly on email / SMS and you can always opt for this service.
DELIVERY , ORDER AND SHIPPING
Delivery physical format (not available) Orders for stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time normally 2-5 days. We bare no responsibility for delayed goods. Delivery digital format Downloads can be done immediately after payment is confirmed. We can not be hold responsible for downtime and heavy traffic in the online store. Should the download be interrupted or otherwise not be completed, all your paid purchase be available for download for 10 days at your customer site or via download link in the received email. After this you need to buy the product once again.
Rest Notifications
If an item is not in stock, the product will be deleted from your order.
Pre-orders
We accept pre-orders for upcoming products. You will then be contacted by email when the product is available.
Shipping
You do not pay shipping on digital products. On physical products , you only pay shipping once per order , regardless of the number of products in your shopping cart. The shipment will be sent with the transporter of our choice. If goods are not collected at the post office , you will be charged for shipping.
Cancellation
Physical goods may be canceled by sending a cancellation by email, if the order has not already been completed .
RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Return
You have the right to return goods without any particular justification within 14 days after purchase, provided that the goods are unused and unopened , undamaged and the seal is not broken. It is the customer 's responsibility to provide the correct address and retrieve the goods delivered to the post office. All returns must be arranged in advance by telephone or email. According to the law regarding returning goods, the buyer must pay all return costs. Return policy does not apply to digital products. After payment and downloading the digital products is to be considered delivered.
Complaint
If you receive a wrong item please contact us as soon as possible by mail or phone . Replacements can not be sent until the wrong item is received in return. support@29minutebooks.com
Disputes Question
Disputes are governed by Norwegian law and Bergen / Hordaland District Court.

All rights to physical and digital products etc. belong to seller / publisher / author . You , the customer, following the law of copyright, get these rights of use when purchasing our products.

- Resell our physical products in their original form to any third party.
You can not ...
- Resell / give away our digital products to third parties.
- Copy our physical products in any way, whatever the application.
- Copy / distribute our digital products to anyone other than yourself.
- Without our permission use our products in public settings.
- Without our permission use our products for shows, education etc.
